Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Matho.

By accessing and using the Matho application, you (the parent or legal guardian) accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

Disclaimer: Matho is an educational tool. While we strive for educational excellence, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or school performance. The content is provided 'as is' for educational and entertainment purposes.

By accessing or using Matho, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority from a parent/guardian to accept these terms on behalf of a child.

Matho is a platform designed for children aged 2-9 to develop mathematical, motor, and cognitive skills through interactive games and AI-powered progress tracking. We provide access to educational content, progress reports for parents, and skill development assessments.

Premium Features:
- Matho offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions.
- Subscriptions unlock additional games, advanced progress tracking, and ad-free experience.

Subscription Plans:
- Various subscription plans may be offered (monthly, yearly, etc.).
- Pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region.
- All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Payment:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions are managed through your app store account settings.

Price Changes:
- We reserve the right to modify subscription prices.
- You will be notified of any price changes in advance. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new price.

Cancellation:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

Refunds:
- All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google through their respective app stores.
- We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.

All content, including graphics, animations, characters, game logic, and text, is the property of VayVay and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content for commercial purposes.

You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purposes.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
- Share your account or premium access with unauthorized users.
- Use automated tools or bots to access or manipulate app data.
- Bypassing the parental gate to access external links.

VayVay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the app. We are not responsible for any issues related to subscription billing handled by third-party app stores.

Any claim relating to Matho's application shall be governed by the laws of Turkey without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through court proceedings in Turkey if necessary.
