Is Matho safe for my child?
Absolutely. Matho is 100% ad-free and contains no external links that children can access without a Parental Gate (a simple math puzzle for parents). We comply with COPPA and GDPR-K regulations to ensure your child's data is non-identifying and secure.
How do I track my child's progress?
You can view detailed progress reports from the 'Parent Dashboard' within the app. Here, you'll see which math skills (addition, shapes, logic) your child is excelling in and where they might need more practice.
Does Matho work without an internet connection?
Yes! Most of our educational games are available for offline play once the app is installed. An internet connection is only required for initial download, syncing multi-device progress, and accessing the parent dashboard.
Can I use one subscription for multiple children?
Yes, Matho allows you to create multiple child profiles under a single parent account. This way, each child has their own personalized learning path and progress trophies while sharing one premium subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android) account settings. You can cancel at any time, and you will continue to have premium access until the end of the current billing cycle.

Matho is optimized for children aged 2 to 9. The games dynamically adjust difficulty based on the age group and skill level selected during profile creation, ensuring a challenging but frustration-free learning experience.
