1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Ezan724 application, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the Ezan724 application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.
3Subscription Services
Premium Features:
- Ezan724 offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions.
- Subscriptions unlock additional features such as advanced customization, ad-free experience, and exclusive content.
Subscription Plans:
- Various subscription plans may be offered (monthly, yearly, etc.).
- Pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region.
- All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Ezan724 offers optional premium features through in-app subscriptions.
- Subscriptions unlock additional features such as advanced customization, ad-free experience, and exclusive content.

- Pricing is displayed in the app and may vary by region.
- All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
4Billing and Renewal
Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Payment:
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions are managed through your app store account settings.
Price Changes:
- We reserve the right to modify subscription prices.
- You will be notified of any price changes in advance.
- Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new price.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

5Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation:

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
Refunds:
- All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.
- Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple or Google through their respective app stores.
- We do not have the ability to process refunds directly.
No Partial Refunds:
- No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
Refunds:
- All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

- Prayer times are calculated based on astronomical formulas and selected calculation methods (e.g., Diyanet, MWL).
- Qibla direction is determined using device sensors (compass/magnetometer/GPS).
Accuracy:
- While we strive for precision, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy of prayer times or Qibla direction.
- Factors like magnetic interference, sensor calibration, and location accuracy can affect results.
- Users are strongly advised to verify times and direction with local authorities or mosques.

7Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Ezan724 or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Ezan724, including any issues related to subscription billing or premium features.
8Governing Law
Any claim relating to Ezan724's application shall be governed by the laws of Turkey without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
